Overview of the Future Freight Flows project given by Dr. Chris Caplice (Principal Investigator of the NCHRP 20-83-01 Project) at MIT on April 10, 2012. The project created a set of future scenarios and deployed them through the use of Scenario Planning Workshops across the United States.
